Hospitality Cleaning

Specialist cleaning for hotels, restaurants and venues. Compliant, reliable and tailored to your sector.

In hospitality the cleaning is part of the product. A guest is paying for the room and the room's condition at the same time, and a single missed detail in a bathroom undoes a great deal of work everywhere else.

We work with hotels, restaurants, pubs and event venues across London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, on schedules built around service times rather than office hours.

Front of House, Kitchens and Guest Areas

Front of house is continuous rather than scheduled — entrances, washrooms and dining areas need attention through service, not just before it. Back of house is the compliance half: kitchens, prep areas, stores and waste points, cleaned to a standard that holds up to a food hygiene inspection.

Soft furnishings are the part most venues leave too long. Upholstery and carpets in a dining room absorb food, oils and odour continuously, and the point at which they look dirty is well past the point at which they smell.

  • Guest areas, dining rooms and function spaces
  • Kitchen and food-preparation area deep cleaning
  • Guest and staff washroom cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning on a cycle
  • Hard floor maintenance and entrance matting
  • Waste and recycling handling

Working Around Service

Hospitality cleaning happens in the gaps: before service, between sittings, after close, and in the quiet part of the week. We plan the schedule around your service pattern and around event bookings, and we expect that pattern to change at short notice.

Where a deep clean needs the space out of use, it is booked against your quietest window rather than dropped into a standard slot.

Services Most Hospitality Clients Use

These are the services that make up the majority of our hospitality contracts. Most clients start with one and consolidate the rest onto the same agreement once the standard is proven.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around service times?

Yes — that is normal for hospitality. Cleaning is scheduled before service, between sittings or after close, and adjusted around event bookings as they come in.

Do you clean commercial kitchens?

We deep clean kitchen and food-preparation areas as part of a hospitality contract. Specialist extraction and ductwork cleaning is a separate discipline — ask us and we will be straight with you about what is in scope.

How often should dining room carpets be cleaned?

More often than most venues do it. Food and oils accumulate continuously, and by the time a dining room carpet looks dirty it has usually been affecting the room's smell for a while.

Can you handle function and event turnarounds?

Yes, including turnarounds between bookings. Those need to be scheduled in advance rather than assumed, so tell us the diary as early as you can.
